Fully Tanked Up is an innovative product-based business offering smart water and fuel monitoring solutions designed to improve efficiency and peace of mind for customers. Despite having a strong product with clear market potential, the brand struggled to gain traction in the Australian market prior to engaging Digilytics.

When Fully Tanked Up approached us, they had already worked with three different marketing agencies. While multiple tactics had been attempted, none had delivered sustainable growth or achieved sales within the business’s target acquisition costs. At the time, the business also lacked a functional, conversion-focused website and had limited visibility across digital channels, making it difficult to educate customers, build trust, and convert interest into sales.

From there, we executed a multi-channel digital marketing strategy designed to drive both immediate sales and long-term brand growth. This included:

  • Sell-focused campaign structures optimized for purchases and checkout events
  • SEO foundations to improve organic discoverability and brand trust
  • Audience segmentation and funnel refinement to reach high-intent buyers
  • Continuous testing, optimization, and performance analysis to reduce cost per result

THE OUTCOME

Within three months of ongoing optimization and strategic execution, Fully Tanked Up experienced a complete turnaround in performance.

Paid campaigns improved dramatically, with return on ad spend increasing from 0.28 to 3.17, transforming previously unviable advertising into a profitable sales channel. One of the key conversion campaigns alone achieved over 303 checkout actions with a strong and consistent ROAS, while maintaining efficient CPMs and controlled costs.

As a result of this growth, Fully Tanked Up moved from struggling to generate cost-effective sales to a position where demand began to outpace supply. The business now operates on pre-orders to support inventory management, a clear indicator of revived market demand and growing brand confidence.
